Set a default query when Attaching Mail to Work Item
I would like to be able to set a default query when I click the “Attach Mail to Work Item” button. I attach emails to my tickets all day long, and 95% of the time I use the same query. Yet each and every time I have to click through the folder hierarchy to locate the “My Queries” folder, followed by the query I use most often. It may not seem like a lot, but when I attach upwards of 10-20 emails daily, each click locate the query is a loss of efficiency.
