I suggest you ...

Allow work item navigation by Iteration Path or Product Path

The "TFS Work Item Manager" product (Telerik) has this feature and I find it invaluable. It would be great to have it in your product as well so I can use your product exclusively... In Outlook mail you can click on a folder and it automatically displays the folder contents... Similarly, it would be good to have an Iteration/Product Path tree and when you click on a node in the tree you see the work items associated with that node. That way you don't need to set up a million queries to be able to see each individual node, and you don't need to select an Iteration Path and/or product path for each node. In TFS Work Item Manager, they accomplish this by associating a high level query with the tree and then they apply the Iteration Path/Product Path dynamically as another filter on top of that query.

See this link: http://www.telerik.com/agile-project-management-tools/wim-and-projectdashboard/tfs-work-item-manager-features.aspx

The feature is described as "Filter query results using a tree of areas or iterations"

Thank you for this suggestion. Have you tried our Plan and prioritize feature? I agree that it isn’t the general purpose querying/filtering mechanism, but we do support filtering over areas and iterations (and various other filtering options). See:http://www.teamcompanion.com/features/agile_project_management_12/#148 for filtering options and how iterations pane (http://www.teamcompanion.com/features/agile_project_management_12/#151) and area pane (http://www.teamcompanion.com/features/agile_project_management_12/#152).
To what extent do these features cover what you are looking for?
